Last Day in Toronto

Hey everyone,

This is the first time I have ever blogged (if that's even a word) so bare with me. I will make it pretty and exciting as I continue on this journey for a year in South Korea. I will try to update this blog often as possible with my adventures, pictures and stories that happen in Busan and other places. I am looking forward to teaching and experiencing something new in life outside of southern Ontario. My flight is at 10:55pm and I won't arrive in Busan until 11:45am on June 24th. Remember the time difference of 13 hours. Example: 2:05pm EST would mean 3:05am the next day in Busan.

I had this idea for almost 3 years now but always as a back-up plan to Teacher's College. By now, everyone should already know that I got into Teacher's College at University of Windsor and that I have successfully completed the B.Ed degree (P/J) with a President's Honour Roll but sadly I never got a chance to travel. Travelling to the States doesn't count because I didn't go by a plane. This is the first time I will be using a plane to go anywhere so I am nervous and excited about that. Yes, you are thinking, "Wait, didn't he come to Canada in 1992 by plane?" Yes, you are correct in thinking that but I was 5 years old and I have no memory of that trip. Therefore this will be my first ever memory of a plane ride!

Anyways, I am going to finish some last minute packing for the trip so I'll keep you informed soon enough.
